[Boatanchors] Hammarlund HQ-170 serial number

On my HQ-170A, serial number is inked stamped on the chassis rear panel.
I've seen some 170's and 180's that had a label attached to the chassis
rear panel. Inked stamp and labels can be easily removed and/or fall off
with age and chassis cleaning.
