[Boatanchors] 3B28 Question

​I've come across a pair of 3B28's that are the size of 810's
and I had to read the label twice to make sure of what I
was looking at.  Most 3B28's that I have are the size of
large 5R4's.  These are huge


Has anyone else seen any this size and have any information
to share on them?
