[Boatanchors] Radio Signal scrambling

[KA2PTE]

Interesting. I will try to snag another clip of the segment where the
other guys are transmitting to them and coming in very readable.

Hard to know if they are monitoring another band and picking up routine
reports while they QSO. I guess depending on the kind of radio design, its 
possible.
