The lie thats been fed is that you only draw the IRS attention if there is a 
$10,000
or more transaction to an account but If you have a bank account, the IRS 
already has your SSN. The banks
cooperate with them behind the scenes when they gamble with your account on
Wall St every night. The IRS makes money with the bank on the racket through 
shareholders
and other "financial services" outfits, plus people pay the IRS about a 
third of their income in addition to letting them hold
it a year for further gambling.

Its called a banking institution (nut house) for those reasons.

After the IRS being a money pit since the 1930's , they all of a sudden have 
deep pockets
of stimulis money for ya. Aint that amazing?

Oh we forgot, there is a string attached....
