Larry, here are some suggestions:
1.  The magazines and paper are goners - just pitch them.

2.  The SX-99 and other gear can (with prior arrangement) probably go to
David Schulman here in the Kansas City area for eventual auction. You will
have to transport most likely so find a friend or two with strong backs and
a truck - you can pay them in parts!!!  Do check with David to make sure he
can take the stuff and do be prepared to wait months for them to clear the
auction process. Yep, it is a long haul from Arizona.

3.  The parts etc - yep, a problem

Best of luck - and yes, I am in the same boat.  OH, well.
