[Boatanchors] WAVEFORMS 401b

Does anyone have a schematic or manual for a Waveforms 401B. After 40 years of service on my work bench, it decided to reduce output by a factor of 10. It is probably just a tube. But, I thought as long as I have it open, I might as well do a track and align on it. Nothing last anymore 😏.
