[Boatanchors] Bathtub caps

I obtained a second AR-88 about 18 months ago. It’s been sitting in my enclosed trailer since then (shame on me).  When I brought it into the shack yesterday I noticed oil had leaked from something.  The culprit appears to be from one or more of the multiple bathtub capacitors it has. I intend to recap this unit and my other one. If you were me, would you restuff the bathtubs or just install new capacitors on terminals?  Additionally, does anyone know definitively if the oil has PCBs. I’ve been up to my elbows in pole pig oil and don’t fear it so I don’t need to hear PCB lectures. Thank you. WA5UEK
