[Boatanchors] Drake MN-4 Tuner Repaint

Found an excellent sand-blasting and powder-coating outfit that will do 
small jobs here in Wylie.  They just did the rusty, nasty cover of a 
Harvey Wells APS-90 power supply done and it looks excellent.
Having the rusty, peeling covers of a Drake MN-4 Tuner done.
Question:
Never repainted a Drake 4-line cabinet.
Should the new powder coat on the covers be Satin black
or Gloss black?
