Ah Ha......I knew I had another box!  I have following Miller:
4411, 4514, 9019, 4200 (coil forms), 12C1 IF can. Plus a bunch of other
items.

What can I fix you up with?

No joy.  I checked and unable to find the mentioned Miller transformers in
my stash.  Will keep an eye open if another box shows up.
Mica trimmers?  What size/value?  Have several

Haven't found any dual 365s yet but as alternative I do have some 3
section 330pf along with 4 section 25pf. Nice reduction drive for smooth
tuning. Quite small. 1/4" shaft.
Also, need to check, I have some Miller IF transformers, they are at my
other building.  Will see if can get to it this weekend. Also some coil
forms I think.
What value of mica trimmers you need?  Have several different
ones/sizes/values.
And, if you haven't got one, I have a Thordarson 22R02 power transformer. 
600VCT at 70MADC, 6.3VCT at 3A and 5V at 3A.  Along with LOTSA tubes....
