Peter Dahl passed away. I don't remember what his illness was. He
tried to sell the company but the only sale was to Jeff Weinberg K8CQ
who bought the intellectual property. The El Paso facility, and
employees and business didn't sell. Jeff sold Dahl transformers,
conforming to Peter's designs, but made by Magcap in Boston and
shipped from there. You'd order the iron from Jeff and pay him and
the iron would come from Boston. After several years, Jeff sold the
I.P. to Hammond in Canada.
