Far as I know the only crystal 'manufacturers' left in the US for amateur
and commercial crystals are:
Bomar EXO, LLC, located in New Jersey, <www.bomarcrystal.com> and 
Anderson Electronics, LLC,
Lokos Electronics, <www.lokoselectronics.com> in Wisconsin.

Talked to Bomar a couple weeks ago about 'cutting' some crystals for a 
repeater and got info to order.  Haven't tried them yet.
