Re the 30L-1 low power problem on 80, I suggest you look at the SWR between your TS-520 driver and the input to the amplifier on 80 and on some of the other bands.  If you can only put 20 watts into the amp on 80 meters, whereas the TS-520 will put out 100 watts on 80 barefoot, then the input to the amp must be presenting a load to the driver quite far off from the 50 ohms it wants to see.  If this is the case, you will measure a high SWR into the amp input.
