[Boatanchors] Collins 75A2 PTO issue

Hi Rob - that was also one of the first things I tried.  I should have
stated that upfront.
Anything to avoid having to remove the darn thing!!  It is surprising that
changing the tubes
didn't make much difference in the frequency where the oscillation
stopped.  I've tried about
3 different sets.
