It is probably a Collins rebranded Amperex HF-200 or Taylor T-200.  As I recall they used HF-300s in one of their broadcast transmitters  circa 1939 and called them C-300s.  Taylor made a version of the HF-300  with a slightly heavier filament called the T-300.

The number does not necessarily indicate the plate dissipation.  The HF-300 is rated at 200 watts plate dissipation.  The HF-200 is 125 watts as I recall.  The Taylor T-200 is very similar to an 810.  The filament voltage may be 10 or 11 volts.

Look up any data you can find on the HF-200 and T-200 and see if your tube looks like one of those.

I use a pair of HF-300s in the push-pull final of my 80/75m transmitter.  I may have a HF-200 round here somewhere.
