[Boatanchors] MTX-101, manual/schematic needed

I know it is not by definition a true "boatanchor" but it does go on a 
boat and if am not able to fix it may as well be an anchor.

Probably a shot in the dark.. Am looking for a manual, or at least a
schematic
for a Radio Shack/Realistic Model MTX-101, Cat. No. 19-1002 marine band 
transceiver. Has squelch problems and am unable to trace it out to find
the cure.  Was made by Uniden.   Thanks....
