The WRL PSA-63 was a kit made to power various transmitters of the
1950s through 1960s. Various versions had wiring options to power
specific transmitters such as Gonset G-76, Swan single band SSB
transceivers, Heathkit MT-1 Cheyenne, Elmac AF-54, 67, 68 and
similar rigs. PTT and adjustable bias up to negative 100V DC were
also options.
Output was +600V DC and +300V DC with a total available power of
210 Watts, plus two 6 Volt 4 Amp outputs that could be put in series
for 4 Amps @ 12V or in parallel for 8 Amps @ 6V.
Two separate toggles are on the front panel for AC ON/OFF and B+
ON/OFF.
The one I have weighs 13.0 pounds plus the weight of the cables
(maybe a pound). This does NOT have any means of attaching it to
another item.
The schematic is available at the BOATANCHORS mirror site.
p.s. I sure wish Dale's loop antenna were still available!

Your description doesn't ring any bells. How about those pics?

Any WRL aficionados in the group? I have a 20 pound supply here with no
model #. Jones plug for AC and output. Also difficult to open up except for
the bottom. It appears to clamp onto a radio via latches.
I can take pix. Looks like filaments, screen bias, low and high B+.
