Well of course if you have to have the exact original replacement
you'll be miserable and on a never ending quest.  Or, you can go to a
hardware store and find some AC two wire female that will fit in the
hole, attach the cord and get on with your life.

However, Bill Perry in Louisville may have those.  It's worth a try.
Unfortunately I don't have his contact information as I deal with him
at hamfests.  Maybe someone on this list has his phone number.
