[Boatanchors] Looking for Robert Downs

Texas is being hammered by a winter ("storm"
is to weak a word)  Much of his part of the
state is without utilities, with temps up here in
Dallas having hit sub-Zero and 6 inches of snow
outside my door.  He has been very slow to
answer emails recently, but it's likely impossible
now for a few days.
