Sure, but it'd be easier to scan a clean one at hi-res (say 1200dpi) clean up & downsize if necessary to what would be fed the printer. Get sharper lines & figures that way, I bet. I could see about have a scan done on the one I have if really needed.

    I suspect this could be copied into an image editor and 
cleaned up, sharpened, etc. and scaled correctly.
