Look at the BAMA site. I just noticed that a member of the Antique Electronics Forum said they posted a hi-res scan of a card there in late 2018. May still be there.

I think I have a couple of those vernier pointer dials, of course the scales are no good. Wonder if using modern printing/copying the scale can be replaced.
