Modified with a small DC power supply and external 110v cable.
There is a small Al plate that holds a power on/off switch,
socket for CW key and a variable resistor (speed control?).

Some instructions are provided inside the cover (enamelled).

Unpackaged: about 6.5"x4.5"x4.5" and 4 pounds.
