[Boatanchors] Johnson Viking II - Need Little Hands.

    Another trick is to use a section of rubber tubing with the 
right ID to fit the tube snugly. At one time tube grippers with 
one end for 7pin and one end for 9 pin tubes were available. A 
similar tool is used to remove push in pilot lamps. Saves burning 
fingers. To get the tube back in stick something like the eraser 
end of a pencil through the center.
