A decent turns counter that matches your panel is going to be a tough
find if you ask me. The ones made nowadays have plastic gears. If
you want a good one like this:

you may have to do some front panel modifying. Kintronic makes a

Most good turns counters nowadays come from hamfests where you can
find them separately or in equipment that's being parted out. Maybe
you can get by with a plastic one until you can find a good one.
