[Boatanchors] Looking for source of mechanical part

Good day Jack,
If you are unable to find the 1/4 to 1/8 coupler it is simple to make one out of a 1/4 to 1/4 coupler.
Your local hobby shop or Ace hardware has one-foot-long brass tubes. The 7/32 tube fits snugly into the quarter inch coupling. The next size smaller takes it down to fit the 1/8 inch shaft. I put the two tubes inside one another, mark the desired length and drill a hole through both for one of the setscrews. After drilling the hole make the cutoff.
I also use the same home brew bushings for 1/4 inch knobs to 1/8 inch shafts.

Subject: [Boatanchors] Looking for source of mechanical part
I'm looking for some shaft coupler adapters, that will
let me connect a 1/8" diameter shaft to a 1/4" shaft.
My online searches have only found adapters for larger
shaft sizes than this. Maybe I'm not entering the right
search terms.
Anyone know of a source for these?
Also would be nice to find a 3/8" to 1/4" adapter
as well.
I have a few 1/4" to 1/4" couplers, and could
probably kludge up something, but would like to
do it the right way.
Thanks
Jack Antonio
