[Boatanchors] 10M Open North to South

Hi Paul

There have been single and double hop Sporadic E openings from here (PA)
into the midwest and PNW over the past 3 days;

I've worked stations in CA, WA, and ID on 10 CW.   I will need to do a
better job of checking 29.0.
