[Boatanchors] Transformer specs

I checked a couple of references here, and could not find any Triad part 
numbers beginning with "TP."

There was R-4A/B which were 500 volts C.T., at 40 mA, and 2 A at 6.3 
volts.  "R" was the replacement line, the sort of thing you'd use in a 
homebrew.  "A" got you vertical mounting with feet, and "B" horizontal 
mounting in an appropriate hole.
