[Boatanchors] Parting out SX62 A

Offering here 1st, I am parting out this Hallicrafters SX-62A receiver.
Several of the switch wafers have been broken during surplus processing by
the military. 

But,-- many good parts remain, e-mail me with any parts needed, I am sure we
can agree on price.
