I can't help you because I don't have any spares but I went through
this around 8 or 9 years ago. I bought the complete run as Ray had it
at the time, so I lacked around a dozen issues. Eventually Ray told
me he'd never do another press run because the cost was simply way too
high. I even offered to fly to Denver and go out to his office and
copy the missing issues right there while he watched. He wasn't wild
about that and threw cold water on it. Since he wasn't going to do a
reprint, he didn't stand to lose money so I asked him if it would be
okay if I copied the issues from someone who had them. He didn't
object so a friend sent me the missing issues from his run. I
carefully unstapled them and ran each one through a double sided copy
machine and copied the covers on yellow card paper, stapled his back
together carefully putting the staples through the existing holes and
assembled my copies the same way. I must admit that had it been me,
I would have NOT lent my out-of-print ERs to anyone through the mail.
Some folks are way nicer and more trusting than am I.
