FWIW, beware of Simple Green when cleaning radio knobs. Some knobs (especially antique ones) are made of hard rubber rather than Bakelite. A few hours soak in Simple Green will make the crudiest Bakelite knob shine like new, but will eat the surface right off of a hard rubber knob. Mike, W6MAB
