[Boatanchors] Unique Wire Tuner Problem

The Unique tuners used a standard Groth turns counter.  These are normally pretty reliable.  If you find you need a replacement, they do show up on eBay from time to time. 

I think I have one somewhere I picked up for a project that never got off the ground.  Let me look around.
