[Boatanchors] Unique Wire Tuner Problem

This is a mechanical counter. I should think a careful visual
inspection would show up the problem. It can be many things, for
instance a gear that has cracked or has a broken tooth, a spring
loaded gear that has cocked over and is not meshing, something
like that. A misaligned gear may be easy to fix. Also, something
may have been caught in the gears, wouldn't take much to jam
something like the counter in my MFJ tuner. A strong flashlight
and a magnifier will help. Maybe an easy fix.
