The 5100 was only around for about a year, roughly 1954-55.
The 5100B was around from roughly 1955 to 1961.
The Sideband exciters most likely followed the same life cycle.
Typically, the Handbooks for a specific year made their appearance and
availability roughly in the latter part of the previous year so ads might
appear for equipment in the Handbook that have already been discontinued.
