[Boatanchors] 6HF5's For Galaxy Transceiver

I have an old Galaxy V Mk2 orphan that I'm trying to get back on the
air. The documentation tells me to ONLY use GE 6HF5's in the PA.
Obviously, I'm not planning on using this old radio as a main rig in my
shack, but I would like to get it going for nostalgia purposes
(preferably without melting it down).
Can you explain what is so special with GE brand tubes? Is it just a
matter of slightly different interelectrode capacitances, or is there
something more sinister going on there?
Thanks for your time and wise advice!
