[Boatanchors] Loose Johnson Viking II meter glass

Bob, I bet you could work a tiny bit of RTV (with a toothpick or the like)
inbetween the glass and meter bezel (just in a couple of spots) and just
let the radio sit for a bit (a day or so).  Or even a bit of wood glue.
