Urine Erase is a product to remove the smell etc. It is a two part enzyme treatment. It should remove smell as well as the basic problem. Cleaning up pre existing oxidation due to the urine might be another issue. Here we can get it at our local ubiquitous national home-grown hardware chain.

The product is available on Amazon as well according to my vet tech. Though at a quick glance I don't see it there. Other enzyme treatments are though.
