I see it as a recount of personal experience.

As for myself - I will take a few precautions should I ever be in a
situation involving the chemicals mentioned, but nothing extreme - no panic
reaction.

I also would research and follow any local guidelines or bylaws that may be
in effect.

The delete key (often overlooked by many readers) works wonders at times.
