That is a pretty SBE 34 Rich- and what I believe is a rare model - wasn't
it made by Linear Systems? Every other one I ever saw was either the
original SBE or the later Raytheon builds.

I appreciate all the input. My goal was to have a valve rig that offered
some power on 80/40/20M on SSB only. The other thing is the desk space
available. The 160 is 3 inches narrower across the front than the 150,
which, of course, is an 80--10M SSB/CW radio. While I do have a mint (and I
DO mean MINT) SBE-34 (restored by W4OP) it is mostly solid state except for
the drive and finals. (If truth be told it's just too darned pretty to fire
up!!!...Sorry, Dale!)
So, I will shelve my Halli project for now. Maybe when the dust settles from
the pandemic and I can get to a few hamfests, I can find what I need.
