[Boatanchors] Drying out power supplies?

At -hp- we had occasional trouble with sealed transformers
because they seals leaked a little, moisture could get in but had
trouble getting out again. open frame transformers will dry out
about as fast as any other component. I don't think there is any
need to remove them. Drying takes longer than one would think.
Our minimum was 48 hours but I often left stuff in for a week if
I could. I never had a failure of anything I washed due to
trapped moisture.
