[Boatanchors] Drying out power supplies?

Two comments: Gas ovens may add moisture not bake it out. Gas
combustion produces H2O and CO2 I believe. Drying oven should be
electric.
But, so far I've never needed to bake anything because I always keep
my big iron indoors where I run a dehumidifier set to 40% whenever the
air feels damp. No problems so far.
