[Boatanchors] 4-1000A Socket Question

I discovered today I have a nice EIMAC 4-1000A socket. The 5 connections
with wire clamps rotate even when the hardware is tightened.  I assume the
wires when soldered will tighten the connections.  Oh yes, I also have a
4-1000A tube in its military wire based box.  Sweet pair.
