Bob,

I agree with you that a 220µF, 450V cap having that size (3/8 " diameter,
~15/16" high) is impossible.
>From private exchange with Doug, they are identified as NIPPON CHEML-CON
EKXG.
And guess what ? From the NIPPON CHEMI-CON EKXG capacitors spec. list, a
part having 220µF at 450V does not exist !
Can be worse than counterfeit parts... bogus ones !

I don't know of any 'magic' that would make a 220 uFd, 450 WVDC capacitor
that small.  Call me skeptical!  Like 'very skeptical' - think there is a
stock mixup at the supply end of things.
