The AADE will read down to .1pF and .001uH, but the stability, repeatability and accuracy will never be useable anywhere near those values.  If your not concerned with the above limitations ---- no problem, go for it.

I have one available for anyone who can use it,  I’ll send it out for shipping and $25.00, I’ll also include one parts piece.   I used it for AT antenna measurements for years which it was fine.  I’m not criticizing it, just stating limitations.
