I use a treasured AADE L/C Meter IIB. Just right for RF work. Unfortunately
the
company (and its sole employee, I think) is no longer with us. I picked up
a second
(used) unit from eBay. They both work FB,
Also have one of those Arduino-based devices that figures out many kinds of
semiconductor and a few passives. Works fine for semiconductors and higher
value L/Cs.
