I am passing this notice on to the members of this list:

On Saturday, 24 August 2019, I am selling off 20 years of  Dayton, Los Alamos, etc  vintage receivers, transmitters, test equipment etc. This includes many John Leary restorations of the Hammarlund  SP-600, 400 and even an 800, Collins St. John’s grey, National, and General Radio equipment used to build the bomb. Have a Collins KW-1, as well. Some 67 major pieces of gear.

I have seen my friend’s collection and it is VERY extensive.  One could combine attending this auction with a vacation in the Black Hills of SD.  Mt. Rushmore and other attractions are less than an hour away.  If you desire directions or have questions, I suggest you email him at richardrenka at gmail.com   Put HAM RADIO AUCTION in the subject line.  I think he would also like to have an idea if you are planning to attend in order to have sufficient parking and seating available.  If I obtain a more detailed list, I will pass it on.
