[Boatanchors] Free Drawing Program for QSL's?

Hi Jeff,
The only way there is a risk using the older software is when we expose
the software to the internet. I am using a *licensed* copy of XP in a
virtual machine on one of my Linux computers. The VM is *never* exposed
to the internet. Another computer runs DOS. Also - no network at all.
