[Boatanchors] Free Drawing Program for QSL's?

Hi Bill,

I don't use Windows but I thought I remembered "Paint" doing text boxes
(among other things). If you want some kind of "presentation" program
you can use the one in Libre Office or Open Office. They both have
versions that run on Windows computers. I used to be familiar but have
forgotten the name of Microsoft's slide show presentation software. Has
it really been that long? Yes. Decades. Microsoft wants big buck$ for
Office. The other choices are *free*. And compatible.
