[Boatanchors] Multi-Elmac AF-68 and AF-68A

Gary,  Both N8ECR (SK) who started and ran the "Mighty Elmac Net" for 
many years and I have AF-68As and discussed the fact that no one knew 
what the differences were several times, (other than a slight change in 
the front-panel silk screen - the word "Trans-citer").     While all the 
"A" models have the newer-style meter, some plain AF-68s have it as well 
as the older style.

If Mike didn't know of any other differences, I doubt there were many.
