[Boatanchors] Heathkit HW-100 CW Filter

The HW-101 is designed for 2 filters but only the SSB filter is included in 
the kit.

To install the CW filter you need to read the manual. After modification the 
filters will be selected by   the  SSB/CW switch.

My memory tells me that it is just removing a couple of wires from the 
filter socket.
