I would seriously recommend getting an SB-101 instead of the SB-102. A lot of the SB-102 units were shipped with solid state LMOs built by other companies than TRW. Those non TRW LMOs often were accurate at the 100 kHz points but the in between calibration was skewed in various directions. I have seen solid-state non TRW LMO units as much as 8 kHz to 10 kHz off frequency between the 100 kHz spots and being "off frequency" by 2 kHz to 4 kHz is very common.
All of the SB-101 units were shipped with tube-type TRW build LMOs and, unless someone has "golden screwdriver" the LMO, those LMOs are accurate to well within 1 kHz across the entire 500 kHz tuning range.
