[Boatanchors] LCR meter recommendations - Proster LCR

Wayne,

I used an Almost All Digital Electronics L/C meter I purchased
assembled from AADE. It worked well for most applications. Where it
fell short was measuring capacitors under 47pF and coils below
50uH. The readings would vary from test to test by a significant
amount (+/- 8pF/8uH, or so). The other limitation was that it was
impossible to measure power supply and audio chokes and
transformers because of it's limited range.

Eventually, I purchases a Proster PSTTL168-AU LCR Multimeter from
Amazon to Henries. It worked so well in the pF and uH ranges that I
gave away the AADE L/C Meter to a friend.
